As one should expect, the areas of your life that you emphasize will be your strong points. Although everybody makes mistakes here and there, part of life is what you gain from the experience’s that you’ve had.

Although being in a constant state of happiness or bliss might not necessarily be realistic for everyone, it is possible to drift in and out of happy states. As long as you can master the steps that help you become happy, you’ll be in great shape to conquer all obstacles that you encounter.

Practicing a set form of steps can often help people better understand how certain things work. In order to truly learn how to be happy, I don’t think it’s something that is exactly achieved by simply reading a list. Being happy often depends on how you act, react, and choose to go about your daily routine. You can view life with pessimism, but it’s just way more effective to look at things with a fresher outlook.

Being proactive and picking up routines that not only display guidance to others but also for yourself often leads to productivity and good health.

From my perspective I seem to think that most of happiness comes through the grooming of strong emotional intelligence.

After all being happy comes down to how well you control your emotions. If you ask somebody who they think the happiest person that they know happens to be, it’s generally not somebody who happens to be an emotional wreck. Finding and maintaining emotional balance often leads to prolonged states of happiness.

I believe that everybody’s really living to strive towards happiness. But the secret of obtaining happiness narrows down to being in a setting where you can maintain good vibes and feelings. Sometimes we all feel like we have to search far and wide, but in reality you don’t have to go very far.

Despite the skepticism of mainstream media and some believers of conventional medicine, I believe the power of the mind and the personal aura, help lead to happiness. A good balance of emotions in various chakra’s, can help anyone attain a strong vibrational field of positive energy.

Developing your aura can lead to amazing things in the world around you and help you resonate positive feelings.

The mind is a beautiful tool and it’s capable of many things. One of the greatest things that most people simply let slip is their ability to create a whole reality built upon their inner emotional powerhouse.

What you do to achieve happiness starts today, it starts in the present moment. As long as you’re happiness surrounds the activities you do, you will always be able to find that happy state of being!

In America today, the youth and many adults are stuck in a fast-paced society. With busy lives, a lot of young people and parents scramble around and tend to set off their health and well-being. As a result of neglect,  it often leads to more serious situations.

Through the choice of neglecting one’s health, things such as obesity, certain ailments, diseases, and even terminal illnesses can arise from under the surface.

Although a lot of people may feel that they do not have the time or money to make healthy choices, I would beg to differ.

The choice of what you consume and put inside your body is completely yours and there are plenty of options to choose from. Many grocery stores offer healthy alternatives and areas of the store that specialize in natural foods as well as organic options.

Finding a way to bear the expense of particular foods comes with the cost of setting aside other choices such as entertainment costs or multiple social outings. Although some foods are definitely expensive, there are still ways around eating healthy and budgeting.

It’s been a little while since I’ve shared a recipe but one memorable shake that I have made lately has been the nutrient packed Blackberry-Peach Energy shake.

I was excited when I walked into the grocery store and I saw some blackberries on sale at a deal of five for five dollars. After seeing that, I knew that I had to use these power berries in order to make a delicious smoothie.

The ingredients that I include in this smoothie are packed with antioxidants from the blackberries and Chia seeds. If you are not familiar with chia seeds, they help make an excellent supplement.

Chia seeds have many health benefits.

The taste is very uplifting and the shake helps you maintain an energetic feeling throughout the day. Having it first thing in the morning will have you feeling re-vitalized and ready to take on the day with full speed.

Chia seeds have been traditionally used by Aztecs and Mayans for their ability to retain water and help the body avoid dehydration. Including chia seeds in your diet, also helps limit body cravings making it suitable for those interested in dieting or weight loss.

The world is currently progressing at a rapid pace. City landscapes are expanding and new frontiers are being exploited. With all the innovation that happens to be taking place, often times people tend to forget the meaning of keeping up with progress.

As a result certain social classes and parts of the global population get left stranded or have their needs set aside. Our current ways of thinking seem to emphasize fulfilling our own needs rather than helping those who are in greater need.

In order to help provide change and adjust the lives of those in poverty, we need to innovate. If our communities and nation were to start providing more goods with strong value, then we could build stronger trade values and increase prosperity for everybody across the nation.

For people with lower incomes and those close to the poverty line, it is unfair that healthy foods are unaffordable and cheap goods of little quality are widely available.

In order to place jobs of value back into our communities and cities, so we can all equally flourish, we need to start doing more at home. Too much food and material goods are being imported, resulting in lost knowledge and over-dependence on foreign nations to make and provide everything.

If we all started taking steps towards re-creating the know-how of our ancestors, then valuable change could come rather quickly.

Agriculture is a big factor in the world especially as the world’s population continues to expand. If we want people to also be healthier and not overly-dependent upon hospital care, we should expand organic farming into urban settings. If we allow healthier food into the diet of our population on a grander scale it could potentially help prevent disease and illness related to poor dietary choices.

A system that thrives off the profits made on people of ill health, is not very efficient nor is it morally correct.

Learning ways in which we could efficiently utilize space in vertical landscapes could effectively bring more food into our communities on a large scale.

Although the idea may seem abstract or foreign, I believe that it is very possible for everybody to contribute in their own little ways. Providing a system that presents benefits for multiple parties involved can help to contribute value for everyone. Our current system of wasting materials and energy is very ineffective and costly.

If we started more hydroponic and aquaponic growing techniques in conjunction with permaculture and homesteading designs, it would help contribute to the innovation of food production in urban settings.

In order to provide more value for our communities and the globe as a whole, we should push for more farming under smaller scales. Whether people did their own private operations and used rooftops and open lots or worked as a farming business it would be quite effective.

Ultimately it comes down to collaborative efforts and informing people so we can begin to build projects of great value and social importance.

If we could privatize our food production and keep large scale mono-culture out of the farming business of urban projects, we can have stronger communities and healthier people!

When it comes to trying to live healthy and incorporating the right foods into your diet, it is not always an easy task for everyone. Thankfully, with modern technology and appliances, people can quickly incorporate healthy foods through juices and smoothies.

I understand, not everyone has a blender or a juicer. Many people can get confused and struggle to decide whether a blender or a juicer is right for them. I believe both are great and they offer different capabilities depending upon the brand and model that you purchase.

The benefits of a blender may include…

  • Ability to add supplements along with your other list of simple ingredients. (You can add powders and oils to boost your nutritional value inside your shake).
  • Rather quick clean up by the course of hand wash, dishwasher, or running the blender with soap inside.
  • Quick and easy to operate, most blenders will take no longer than 30-45 seconds to blend, but it honestly depends on the ingredients inside. If you incorporate a lot of ice and frozen fruits with little liquid the process may take longer. Also Vitamix or Blendtec blenders are very strong, but if you put extremely hard ingredients inside it may take longer in order to completely break down. (By hard ingredients I would mean something such as coconut chunks, avocado seeds, pineapple cores, etc.)

The benefits of juicers may include…

  • They offer fresh juice which is loaded with healthy enzymes, vitamins, and minerals that are processed and broken down differently than a blender.
  • They offer multiple speeds and some offer different features. Some are better suited for citrus fruits and some can do tougher veggies such as wheat or barley grass. Their are even some models made by Omega that offer a pasta maker, the ability to homogenize, a food processor, or even the ability to make nut butters.
  • Juicers are very quick and they not only get the job done but they make you much healthier in the process.

Ultimately I use blenders a lot more than juicers because it is quicker and not such a pain to clean up. My biggest downfall, when it comes to juicers is that the cleanup process takes me a while and I feel like the pulp often goes wasted.

I am aware that there are recipes out there that do use leftover pulp broken down from fruits and vegetables, but that is a whole different process in itself.

Whether you are looking for a way to become healthier or you feel you lack energy and you are looking for ways to change your lifestyle in a more beneficial way, juicing and blending can make a difference. I have had some sales experience where I worked for a company that sold and offered blenders and juicers.

The decision comes down to the consumer, but I just like to add my thoughts and advice for those who are looking to move towards juicing and blending. Blenders and juicers can get pricey, but if it is something that you are going to use daily, it is worth investing in a good one.

A lot of products are made overseas and the parts can easily crack and break down, but some brands do offer warranty’s and some stores will accept returns.

Adding fresh juice has really personally helped my overall vitality and energy levels. Someday’s my mind and body feel super refreshed and I know exactly the reason why. The body and mind really can rejuvenate and heal through the course of healthy habits and through the use of more fruits and vegetables.

By being consistent with healthy habits, it can make all the difference in a person’s life.

Although cooking for yourself takes time and energy out of your day, it can be a pleasurable experience. If you enjoy eating and I believe that most people do, you can make it fun. I must say though it is definitely helpful if you cook when you’re not starving, cause this can be uncomfortable indeed.

Personally, I like to eat healthy and stay away from processed foods as much as possible so I do like to utilize fresh veggies and do a lot of stir fry’s. Cooking on the pan is pretty simple, all you need is some healthy oil such as olive oil or coconut oil, my two personal favorites. In addition, you need a fine knife and some cutting boards. The knives and cutting boards are a wise investment as it allows you to finely chop, dice, and mince your veggies or meats just as you would like.

Picking the right pan to cook on is important as well, I understand some people like non-stick since they believe it is convenient, however some pans have harmful chemicals that one should be aware of such as PFOA. I like cast iron pans, but these pans are heavy and they can be a pain to clean up, so if you are generally a hurried person, who doesn’t like to take time to clean this pan may not be suited for you.

I understand that cooking takes time and you often have to run to the grocery store, but cooking for yourself is one of the best and most efficient ways of saving money. It always boggles my mind, as to how much money people actually spend going out to eat. If you can teach yourself how to be a good chef, you can begin to thrive and save money.

Also cooking simple meals will make you much healthier, in essence this leads to a much happier life and it’s often fun to cook for others! Becoming a better chef in the kitchen is a good skill to have. By developing cooking skills it symbolizes that you are able to cook for yourself and others, translating to the fact that you’re a dependable person.

Although cooking is a pain for some people and some people are clueless in the kitchen, it is never too late to try and learn how to cook.  After all, everyone has to eat and feed themselves. A great way to save money, have fun, and live simply, is to try some simple cooking.

People are beginning to feel more strength and internal power by restoring their health and overall well-being. Also people are beginning to find a sense of spiritual purpose in their lives or questioning true existence. Through spiritual practices people are beginning to see how energy fields do exist in the quantum realm which can cause outcomes in the physical world. As Penny Pierce states in her book Frequency, “Love is truly understood as the force of nature consistent throughout the cosmos, capable of miraculous things.” It is important to note the role of our minds. I do realize that a lot of people have shutdown their energy fields and they may only believe in material matter rather than the effects of visionary minds.

Within every person, we all possess the ability to rejuvenate and filter our minds. As people begin to realize that some forms of medicine do not work, they may seek ancient Ayurvedic healing. Whether people choose to believe or not, consciousness exists at a large spectrum of levels and variations. Also some people maintain stronger appreciation, often resulting in a beacon of conscious energy from the heart and mind.

Letting go is often a common phase of experience that can help you find a sensation of “the home within”, no matter where you are geographically. Relaxing and letting go, helps open up a person to their truest-self and this can revolutionize one’s overall state of being. Once people let go, they can access the energy of awareness.

I feel that  people all around are beginning to form closer relationships and deeper understanding of life and it’s full beauty that it presents. Being happy and finding joy is quite healthy for one’s inner-being. Life is a journey which battles angles and intensities, but I sense growth is on the horizon for people globally.

Through the expansion of perception, we can all get deeper perspectives on life and continue to grow our learning and memory capabilities. In order to explain further steps of frequency expansion, it is important to discuss the importance of meditation and yoga. I am still learning the wonderful effects of brain wave states and human frequencies, but it is indeed an exciting field of study to research. I am also digging deeper into the effects of meditation and yoga and how these are ancient ways of growing consciousness.

Any way that you look at life, you can’t help but notice how everything we experience is connected in oneness and incredible insight. I hope people can continue to enjoy the beauty of life and the visionary pleasures that exist in the world. After all joy is one of the greatest physical, emotional, and mental states we can achieve!

During the course of a day, people often go through a lot of commotion. Generally the tolls of an everyday life can consist of a grinding schedule that often repeats day to day making people tired.

Most people have tried different methods in order to stay awake and energized throughout the day. Some may take short power naps, while others may take caffeine supplements or drink coffee to keep awake.

All the chitter chatter that goes on during the day, and all the material things that cover society all help to divert the human psyche. As a result all these distractions can make one feel tired and exhausted. Sadly, people often forget how important it is to take some time and relax and let go of the things that don’t serve your life in a positive fashion.

The method that I find that works the best for me is striving to obtain 10-20 minutes of silence a day. Specifically, I mean that I generally try to take some “time out”, to relax the mind and ease away any stress. As a result these methods help to build resilience and strength within.

Forms of meditation, yoga, stretching, or even shortly-timed power naps can often help one feel revitalized and therefore happy and healthy.

All the disturbances and things that side-track the mind can be temporarily forgotten when you take the time to be still.

Internally most strive to find a sense of solace but it is not easy to achieve. It takes time and discipline to know what you’re capable of becoming and knowing what your true path will include.

Everyday people devote their energy to given time in order to accomplish and in order to strive forward. It takes time to learn intuitive intelligence just as it takes time to learn verbal, contextual, and idea based knowledge.

Through the practice of Mind-body healing and breathing techniques, the body can learn through the course of silence. The practice of relaxation and visualization  are important techniques since they help create certain matters of a desirable reality.

Through confinement of relaxation it can be a healthy experience. As stated in the book Natural Healing Wisdom & Know-How by L. John Breathing, Ph.D. “Breathing properly is healthful; it increases the amount of oxygen in the blood and strengthens weak abdominal and intestinal muscles. When you are relaxed, your breathing deepens and your heart rate decelerates (Rost, pg.303).

Whatever form of relaxation works best for you, it is best to stick with what you’re comfortable with.  Relaxation and finding some positive feelings inside helps you know tranquility. Everyone has their own preferences and creating peace and calm feelings are an important aspect of life for everyone.

By conducting acts of peace, you discover how your awareness increases. You also become more attentive to your surroundings. Life is full of beauty and the more mental clarity you have the more beautiful life will become.
