Why Every College Student Should Read The Education of Millionaires

Group Of Students With Male Tutor In Computer Class

Today’s business world is much different than it was in the last few centuries. With the upswing of modern technology and WiFi hot-spots, a lot of people are doing their work on the go from the comfort of their laptops and tablets. With the increase of many freelance jobs hidden in the market that aren’t necessarily seen on regular job market postings, it makes the real world a much more evolving atmosphere.

In order to give the young people of today’s generation a better idea and outlook. I decided to do a quick summary of an excellent business book by Michael Ellsberg, The Education of Millionaire’s.

I don’t plan to do too many book reviews on my blog, however I do firmly believe that some reading materials are definitely worth the time. For this reason, I wanted to include my personal opinion along with the modern day advice of Ellsberg on the current business and career landscape present for the generation of today.

In The Education of Millionaire’s, the book begins by discussing some of the most important skills that every young adult should be developing that aren’t necessarily taught in your State History class or Introduction to Psychology course. What is stressed in this book is the crucial need for success related skills such as personal skills and networking with people of authority. All of which aren’t necessarily taught in introductory college courses.

The college education of today consists of pounding in studies through the means of memorizing vast terms and spending all-nighters studying for material that may not always have great relevance to the modern workplace of job related skills. Unless a student is in an Engineering, Pre-Medical studies, Finance, or Computer Programming field the world is becoming increasingly hard for new graduates.

What this book really stresses is the need to develop seven key skills related to successful results in the professional world as well as practical steps to take in order to make vast changes.

The seven success skills are as follows:

  1. How to Make Your Work Meaningful and Your Meaning Work (or, How to Make a Difference in the World Without Going Broke)
  2. How to Find Great Mentors and Teachers, Connect with Powerful and Influential People, and Build a World-Class Network
  3. What Every Successful Person Needs to Know About Marketing, and How To Teach Yourself
  4. What Every Successful Person Needs to Know About Sales, and How To Teach Yourself
  5. How To Invest for Success (The Art of Bootstrapping)
  6. Build The Brand of You
  7. The Entrepreneurial Mind-set versus the Employee Mind-set: Become The Author of Your Own Life  (Ellsberg 17)

In order to really make a dent and change lives, it takes a lot more than a simple college degree as our current job applicants all across America become increasingly educated and acquire more and more higher degrees. Nowadays many people continue education all the way beyond to the point of graduate school. The question to consider is whether all the schooling necessarily pays off in the long-run and whether the knowledge is really put into practical use to help fund and create businesses.

Through the course of self-study and learning  many relevant skills can be learned in a short time span including the art of app and website creation. With the increase of online programs and software becoming increasingly available it has become much easier to develop critical skills that can be applied towards multiple entrepreneurial ventures.

The modern day student and local retail salesperson are both people that are fighting a similar fight. They’re stuck in a crowded environment where their utmost skills and talents aren’t necessarily being full utilized, while their plates are simultaneously becoming more full.

Ellsberg repeatedly stresses that the biggest part of learning in the realm of career, work, money, and business all come through the course of self-education and trying out new ideas.

It takes a lot of trial and error in order to make an impact on the lives of others while simultaneously living a fulfilling life.

In order to have a successful launch it requires a smart toolkit of skills like transferring ideas and knowledge via word of mouth.

Ellsberg recommends time after time that if you want to take things a step further and reach people outside of your local circle of influence, a major way of accomplishing this goal can be through the method of referral marketing and building brand awareness. The best way to reach large amounts of people is through setting good realistic goals and taking constant action in order to reach more followers, customers, fans, and large groups of people.

The biggest stress of this book by Michael is whether it is correct to push our future students and graduates directly into schools or whether it is more beneficial for society and human interest to go take risks with creative passions.

Just about everyone has some sort of outside hobbies and passions that they enjoy doing, but the question of whether young people should take the risk of taking on student loans and boring careers versus striking it out in the business world is what young people need to try and configure.

As quoted in the book, “More and more Americans of all ages are waking up to the reality that you don’t need a nine-to-five job to be a valuable, contributing member of society and to create wealth for yourself and others. Millions of small-business owners, entrepreneurs, computer programmers, graphic designers, independent consultants, writers, and freelancers make valuable contributions to society (creating four out of ten new jobs in the economy), outside the realm of working for a boss nine to five or (eight to eight). (Ellsberg 15)”

Ellsberg stresses there needs to be more purpose in young people’s lives that isn’t exactly shown through dull professions and university degrees. In order to have a strong balance one needs to learn the art of making a living by solving problems and making a difference.

Part of experiencing life is stumbling upon new interests and refining old skills. In order to live comfortably and confidently it requires one to be adventurous enough to take leaps in the direction of new opportunity.

The important factor for most young people is that in order to launch a successful venture it helps to have a sense of financial security so experimentation and failure can occur without being broke. Ellsberg will tell you it is way less stressful to do things like launch an entrepreneurial  experiment when there is still room to fall between the spare hours of work and life. As he states about experimenting, “Leading always feels more meaningful, impactful, and creative than following. (Ellsberg, 44)”

One of the most important takeaways that I took from reading this book, was the importance of taking the step of Aligning Your Money and Your Meaning. When you live a life without any meaning attached to it, you’ll be wondering around hopelessly in a career that brings little value or satisfaction. I really feel that this book is a game-changer and it can really motivate strong self-directed learners towards the life of one’s dreams.

One of the quotes by Matt Mullenweg on the back cover of this text is quite noteworthy,  “Self-education is the key to upgrading your mind and your life. Michael’s book teaches you how to unlock the education available outside of classes, all around you.” Matt Mullenweg the creator of WordPress.org, the platform used by blogging professionals across the world; is just one of the many big names mentioned in the book.

The book will provide any college student or employee with a strong mindset as well as street-smart toolkit full of skills that can be applied towards real world success.

Why You Need To Go All In

Go All In

One thing that I’ve learned over the past year is that accomplishment really depends upon your level of focus. For some time I have been trying to satisfy the demand of multiple goals and expectations that I have set upon myself.

Without completely realizing, I have only been putting forth only about 20% focus on writing, 25% effort on reading, and 50% focus on school.  This is just a guesstimate, depending upon the day and how I feel, these numbers can fluctuate and differ. As a result, what I’ve come to realize is that when you don’t completely focus on one area of your life or you start to neglect certain facets, it can seat you in a stationary state. As a result your potential to create and successfully maneuver to your desired place can be inhibited.

The importance that I’m trying to emphasize is that it is important to set goals for yourself and do as much as you think you’re capable of.  At the same time, it is very important to keep a balance. Starving yourself to the bone, or surviving off Pop-Tarts for a week, might help you get ahead with a massive amount of studying. But it probably won’t keep the conversations between your stomach and your esophagus at a standstill for very long. Or anyone who renders themselves blind by staring at computer screens for fourteen hours and twenty-two minutes a day, may be intellectual, but lack muscular definition.

What I’m getting at, is that what ever your motivations and focus is, you need to dive in deep and fully but do it carefully and with awareness.

A lot of people have dreams that appear unrealistic at the surface but can be fulfilled through proper guidance. Don’t let reality scare you off. If you take the proper steps and apply effort in the right directions anything can be accomplished.

In order to get closer to goals or dreams you have to be willing to take some risk. A lot of times, the risk may not always pay off with a reward,  so don’t be intimidated by failure. The deeper you dive, the more confidence you will have to build up in order to build yourself back up, especially to become even greater than you were beforehand.

The biggest enemy anyone has to conquer is fear. The biggest factor that affects decision-making is the fear of trying for the sake of failure. So go all in. Do what you like and reach for greater possibilities. Stretch your boundaries and do things to the best of your ability. As this Norman Vincent Peale quote states, “Shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.”

Are you going to live the jet-life, traveling around the world? Will you be visiting old architectural sites, spending your lunches sipping on margaritas? If that’s your goal, well start figuring out a way that you can make enough income to support your travel costs or better yet, try to develop a passive income of some sort. Are you going to have one job for your career or will you jump to other careers for the sake of curiosity and potential? Write out the jobs that you can’t stop thinking about. Have you visited with any professionals, now is the time to start! Get out in the world and let people know that you are interested and willing to learn. Are you going to climb up the business ladder, of an exciting new start-up near you? What companies near your current location need help or are creating new branches? Start asking questions and find a way to answer these questions.

Are you already working for a company or are you still in the search for a job? You need to take directions in the pathway that you want to select. That’s how things get done, and that’s how the ball gets rolling 9.8 times out of 11.

Do you want to change the world by working for yourself, or by working under someone else?

Are you looking for ways to simply get paid, or are you willing to take the time and search out what you love to do? Once you feel you’ve made strides in the right direction, formulate a way to get paid for it!

Keep a balance and put your best work forth. If you place a little effort here and a little effort there, at times it’s needed. From a far when you do multiple tasks, it may not seem like you’re doing much, but if you know that you’re making strides everyday to become better, stronger, and faster at accomplishing goals then time will spell things out clearly. It’s called soul searching or discovering new pathways.

In order to find out which path best fits your persona you have to go all in and test different boundaries. Sometimes you have to break rules, cause some eyebrow raising or make others think deep, but eventually if you spend your time in the right areas you’ll discover your truest potential.

When you fully submit yourself towards any road ahead, you develop a  specific mindset.

A mind set upon reaching a planned destination is one that can conquer all obstacles even when staring in the eyes of defeat. Part of the beauty of writing or visualization, is that planning is something that can be applied. You can write out exactly how everything will fit snugly into your life, and how you can see it all happening if life works out fluidly. If you’re not that type and you prefer to go with whatever opportunities shape in your direction, well that can work too. Just remember, if things don’t work out, you can see where you made your mistakes.

LEARN, LEARN, LEARN!

If you apply what you learn, you won’t make the same mistakes twice.

Everyone has to take time to reflect and figure out their greatest strengths and learn how their personal dynamics can be applied. Everyone has separate skill sets, but once you discover those skills, apply them to the real-world, and do it with your whole heart. Remember that you control your own destiny, and what you produce comes down to the quality of your inner drive!

The Need For Urban Innovation

Urban Innovation

The world is currently progressing at a rapid pace. City landscapes are expanding and new frontiers are being exploited. With all the innovation that happens to be taking place, often times people tend to forget the meaning of keeping up with progress.

As a result certain social classes and parts of the global population get left stranded or have their needs set aside. Our current ways of thinking seem to emphasize fulfilling our own needs rather than helping those who are in greater need.

In order to help provide change and adjust the lives of those in poverty, we need to innovate. If our communities and nation were to start providing more goods with strong value, then we could build stronger trade values and increase prosperity for everybody across the nation.

For people with lower incomes and those close to the poverty line, it is unfair that healthy foods are unaffordable and cheap goods of little quality are widely available.

In order to place jobs of value back into our communities and cities, so we can all equally flourish, we need to start doing more at home. Too much food and material goods are being imported, resulting in lost knowledge and over-dependence on foreign nations to make and provide everything.

If we all started taking steps towards re-creating the know-how of our ancestors, then valuable change could come rather quickly.

Agriculture is a big factor in the world especially as the world’s population continues to expand. If we want people to also be healthier and not overly-dependent upon hospital care, we should expand organic farming into urban settings. If we allow healthier food into the diet of our population on a grander scale it could potentially help prevent disease and illness related to poor dietary choices.

A system that thrives off the profits made on people of ill health, is not very efficient nor is it morally correct.

Learning ways in which we could efficiently utilize space in vertical landscapes could effectively bring more food into our communities on a large scale.

Although the idea may seem abstract or foreign, I believe that it is very possible for everybody to contribute in their own little ways. Providing a system that presents benefits for multiple parties involved can help to contribute value for everyone. Our current system of wasting materials and energy is very ineffective and costly.

If we started more hydroponic and aquaponic growing techniques in conjunction with permaculture and homesteading designs, it would help contribute to the innovation of food production in urban settings.

In order to provide more value for our communities and the globe as a whole, we should push for more farming under smaller scales. Whether people did their own private operations and used rooftops and open lots or worked as a farming business it would be quite effective.

Ultimately it comes down to collaborative efforts and informing people so we can begin to build projects of great value and social importance.

If we could privatize our food production and keep large scale mono-culture out of the farming business of urban projects, we can have stronger communities and healthier people!

Why You Should Take Pride In Independent Thinking

Think For Yourself

Many times people tend to neglect the practice of independent thought. One of the most important skills to develop in one’s lifetime, is the ability to think on one’s own feet and to be sharp and mentally present as much as possible.

When living at a fast pace where no day should be taken for granted, a lot of people like to accept the idea of following orders rather than taking their own personal lead into a new entry.

In order to begin a new venture it requires a lot of thought and preparation, leading to countless hours of mental fatigue. Through the course of repeatedly volunteering your off-hours to a set goal or ambition; everyday can be a day closer to a dream come true.

Ultimately we all know that every person has to make individual decisions and that nobody but ourselves can be blamed for our own personal choices, mistakes, and failures. The keys to independent thinking involves utilizing the knowledge and wisdom to the best of one’s abilities from peers, adults, and professionals in the surrounding world.

Without the advice and experience of past-veterans and people of skill and expertise, young apprentice’s would never grow and prosper. Life is a never ending learning cycle, but without teachers and leaders in particular industries the cycle of skills and trades would never pass on from generation to generation.

It is always important to listen and observe from those of higher levels of experience in any industry, but it is just as crucial to utilize independent forms of thinking. Without new ideas and thoughts being used one can ever grow and prosper in ways that the world has never seen before.

Some may argue that authority is necessary in order to enforce certain rules and guidelines, however it is just as crucial to allow freedom of thought in order to maintain growth and expansion. Self-sufficiency is a great ability for just about any personal skill, because it proves that someone has taken the steps necessary to run and organize a set of given tasks. By interceding independent thought patterns along with the ability to be self-sufficient it is a mighty feat.

Although certain parts of the American culture likes to hold certain people back from their potential, it is important to break free from the chains of incompetence. Without people thinking for themselves and creating new ideas and inventions people become too dependent upon others. When people become too dependent on others to build, make, and create things this defeats the purpose and function of living a self-sufficient life, and continuing the groundwork’s of a independent thinking nation.

For instance if one were to look at the course of manufacturing in the U.S; for years now people have become too dependent upon purchasing and buying material goods from the nation of China. As a result certain skills and trades have become forgotten and people’s time has not been put to good use, since people have become over-consumers. People have become so comfortable buying and accumulating that most people have forgotten the time and skill that life requires in order to create and innovate.

I believe that people can transform the economy and themselves by re-organizing the way that they live their lives, but it will take a radical shift in thinking for many across the nation. For some they are still blinded to the reality of the fact that many jobs and industries have been stolen, and that many people’s past paychecks are being sent to people overseas. Some people have also accepted the idea of working harder for lesser pay than what they previously obtained. The simple fact is that industries have moved overseas in order to increase profits, avoid higher taxes, and pay for cheaper labor for those on the bottom of the corporate ladder.

Although their may not be positive things along with the fact that jobs are becoming scarcer in the U.S; it is important to keep awareness and to always incorporate independent thinking. Opportunity always exists, ultimately it comes down to an individuals drive and mental focus. The mind is a special weapon and nobody can use it better than you!

How To Put Yourself In Situations That Make You Happy

Happy Places

A lot of times, people tend to forget how important it truly is, to put yourself in a good setting. In order to prevent stress and unwanted confrontations it is vital that a person knows when one should take up a task and when to say no to certain situations.

Without a lot of thinking involved, the true instinct of most people is to pursue things that bring satisfaction, and tasks that leave one feeling fulfilled within the heart and soul. Everyone has different interests but at the end of the day, when it comes to reflection and accomplishments we all suffer the same age old questions of “What am I doing?”, and “What have I done today”.

Often times goals are set up big and small and we question them, then we set them aside for days, weeks, or months. Once we stumble upon these goals that are written out, once again we begin to question, have I met these goals? Did I do what it is that I truly wanted to accomplish?

As anyone who has tried to create something would know, the act of accomplishment and finishing any form of art takes a lot of work, effort, and dedication. Also whenever someone completes something, just because something may appear complete, that doesn’t always translate to the idea of quality work.

Anything of supreme quality, requires hours of contending concentration and focus. The problem is however, most people spend a lot of their time doing things that don’t necessarily fulfill their happiness, or make their life or other people’s lives happier.

In order to take your own personal level of health, well-being, and overall experiences to a greater level you have to learn how to discern good decisions from bad decisions. Also it is crucial to live your hours of the day within your own personal strengths. Nobody likes wasted time and money spent on activities that drag the mind in circles with no incentive or any personal drive and stimulation involved.

People like to spend their time doing the things that they enjoy and people also like to have enough security around them that they don’t have to worry about financial fallout and living off the streets scraping dollars just to get by. Discover the things you do, and ask yourself, why do I do these things? If something makes you tremendously happy, it is best that you continue the pursuit, if you don’t want to do something, you don’t have to truly waste your time with things that make you extremely unhappy or depressed.

Life is too short to spend your life wishing. Everyone has wild ideas but if your thoughts just sit around in your head all day with no contest, all the creative juice and imagination goes to waste. If you really want to be a force to be reckoned with, live your life in a fashion where all the time that you allocate, is spent on things that fill you with gratitude.

Live with reverence and make your actions strong and sure so that when people look at you, they automatically recognize that your will has no limit. Some say life is all about “The Pursuit of Happiness” but I might argue why pursue happiness when you can live in synchronicity with happiness? The basis for all start-ups is building from the roots all the way to the core-foundations. Anyone can have happiness, but the key is to repeat the steps you have taken, so happiness continues to stroll upon your way of life.

If you really want to be happy, place yourself in situations that make you happy, life will have much more value and the people you surround yourself with will also be much more happy. The more value you put in your life and others around you, the better off the world is as a greater whole, especially when your purpose aligns together with your true intention!

Why It’s Time To Develop Some Talent

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

For too long I have lived my life thinking I was living for some sort of race. The fact is life is not a race, and their is no definitive finish line.

The most important aspect is to develop skills especially learning maturity and learning how to operate in an efficient manner without disruption. It is strange to think, but if you can learn how to do something even if you don’t know how to do something you have agility.

If you can develop your talents around what makes you happy, you can become golden. I believe everyone looks for certain ways to try and make themselves happy or other people happy. Through this wild pursuit, we can go wild in thought and even far in miles. By digging deep and reaching far, we all make new discoveries and we see past blindfolds and illusions.

I have found that what we all truly want is to be happy and content. If you look at separation and cooperation these are both  powerful feelings.

Emotions are healthy and they are something that we all share. Emotions can often be translated into whatever talents a person might hold. These emotions contain energies and these energies can be used to build and construct beautiful creations, however you must first nurture your talents.

The greatest feelings are to be truly happy, passionate and creative. With the ever-changing world around us, being joyful and spreading wealth through compassion and kindness is super important.

I believe anyone can do anything, but it is a matter of training your personal mindset. Not everyone has patience or dedication, which are two requirements for training your mindset or transitioning your mindset.

The power inside the mind can be released but it is all up to the individual. Clearing and surfacing your subconscious, conscious, and unconscious mindsets lead to interesting discoveries.

So many people get caught up in things that don’t really matter to them, or take on tasks that don’t truly satisfy their inner-being. It is only through searching that we discover and find the jewels of life. Direction and Passion go hand in hand.

Releasing the greatness of human capability comes down to critical thinking and sound judgement. Personal knowledge is accumulated through time and practice. If you do not have the patience to learn and translate your learning into practice, not much will be accomplished.

Finding meaning and presenting meaning are critical characteristics. Develop your talents, become a leader, be an introspector, and become a tenacious fighter. Invention always will occur so utilize your personal talents.

Now is the time for action. Anyone can help instill social, political, and economical upheaval. If you are ambitious join the world of invention and freelancing.

If you never try something new, you will never know what you are capable of doing. If you find things that need to be done or fixed, then do it for yourself or others.

Why should anyone cut the strings on their own personal potential? Anything that holds true worth depends upon searching and learning!

How To Make Money In The Creation Economy

Creation Is Key

We now live in an era of freelance work, where opportunities exist for people of all different skills. If you are willing to seek out work or showcase your value and skills you can make figures online.

Depending upon your specific talents or skills their are a lot of people looking for workers who will provide some sort of value. Without realizing at times, people have a lot of power at their hands. Everyone possesses the ability inside to thrive and make great things, but it all depends on choices. After all we are all creators!

As I have stated before, technology is taking over and anyone can become an artist, singer, writer, inventor, or designer. Some devices are so complex, such as certain smart phones and tablets and they all have applications that enable people the opportunities to create brilliant things based all upon ideas.

It may be hard for some people to figure out, but usually it is the simple things or ideas that win out when it comes to creation. In all reality, not everything has to be sophisticated.

Nowadays less is more, and doing things for other people is one of the greatest ways to achieve satisfaction. If you are doing the things that you enjoy and living happily, than that is a great achievement indeed. I find it quite important for people to pursue their passion and not to focus primarily on money.

When it comes to money, it should always be secondary or else you will never be truly happy. If you do things in order to primarily just make a profit your work will generally reflect that approach.

Taking time off to perfect your artistic talents and hobbies is a smart maneuver nowadays in a swinging economy where job satisfaction and dependability are constantly changing.

The other day I was at a party and I meet a kid named Dillon. He was taking a semester off of school and going on an internship with an organic farm in Oregon. I really appreciate people like that, since he is going to pursue his purpose and he’s trying to make a positive difference for humanity and our food supply in America. Also on a side point, it looks like local farming and permaculture is going to become a larger trend in the nearby future.

I believe in people who not only have goals set for themselves, but they also go out and do things. Everyone holds the globe as their audience and we all have personal responsibilities. A lot of people can get stuck in a strut with dead-end jobs, and some people begin to question whether what they are doing is truly worth it. If you can pursue your hobbies or learn how to create something out of nothing, I believe anyone can go far in life.

Everything ultimately comes down to ones inner drive and whether you are willing to take the time and risks necessary to accomplish whatever you want to create.

If you are starting off, or you already have some skills or crafts to sell, here are some great web tools for creating and selling specific gifts of expertise…

Anybody can become an entrepreneur or pursue their dreams, but not everybody actually does it. If you have no confidence or no inclination to take risks, then you will never grow. Heck, all of the tools that you really need are out their in the world, it’s just a matter of taking the time to develop your own little master plan of making something for the world.

People now have the freedom to make money on their own terms. The only issue is taking action upon goals and creating something of monetary value that others would be willing to pay for.

All forms of art are a form of expression and I believe that if a person is going to thrive during a creation economy you can’t be fearful of expression. Many people like to shelter their feelings and I also used to be a person like that. But after a while, you start to realize that if you are going to thrive in anyway, you have to take steps beyond and get out of your comfort zone. You have to be willing to put forth a work ethic that has no signs of quitting.

I believe intuition and following the heart are important factors, but most importantly it is crucial to open-up. If you never do, your creativity and personal value will be hidden away from the world.

If people never took action, our world would never transcend and positive balance along with restoration inside the world would never happen. I understand we all face obstacles and not everyone gets what they want, but if you don’t get what you want, you can at least put up a fight and create something for the world or something that empowers others.

Life is full of lessons and values, but it’s about what you make for others and how you treat others. Surely anybody can walk along the roads that have already been paved, but what  about all the potential roads that have yet to be paved?

In the creation economy, YOU are the creator and  YOU possess the power of what is possible.

Production is key and it starts with doing, the more you do, the more opportunities their will be that come across your way! Why settle for mediocrity when you can shoot for the stars? Why think forward, when you can think beyond?

Be Aware of Dishonesty

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

The world is full of scams, and all things that we seek come with a price-tag. However it is important to note that not everything that catches the eye of attention is worth having. As the saying goes, “All that glitters is not gold.” We all face things daily that we wonder about, such as the question of authenticity.

The other day I came across a supplement scam, in which you could start a trial at a near free price of $1.95. But the dilemma was, that once I signed up my information, it was very difficult to back out. Also I had to go through the hassle of long phone calls. On top of the phone hassles, I had to cancel my trial in order to prevent being billed past trial days. I also had to pay for the package to be sent back to the company as part of the trial. I can relate this struggle with other forms of payment in which people often blindly sign for a commitment, without looking into future consequences. It is very important to look deeply at the face-value of any investment or future goal. Many times people and companies will try and rip you off or certain investments may cost you an arm and a leg, just so things can work out in the opponents favor.

It is a sad truth, but the world is not always full of rose gardens and marbled floors. With each day their are security nets and people who don’t necessarily receive the care they really need. Each day everyone also faces choices, and with each choice we are left to make decisions. I recall an assembly when I was in Middle School in which a principal was introducing my new 6th grade class of students. He told my class, “As you move up from this point in your life, you will continue to develop more choices”. His statement was absolutely the truth, life is all about choices and ultimately what you gain, either positive or negative from the choices that you make.

To help avoid dishonesty it is important to find the sunny days rather than the cloudy days. Ultimately happiness and honesty go hand in hand and they are states of mind in which goals are pursued and obtained to their truest potential. If you are being dishonest it is really hard to satisfy your true needs that you hunger for.

Part of diversifying and growing potential comes through the acts of honest content. Life is full of complexity and things will always continue to evolve in sophistication and intelligence. But without honesty some of the greatest powers such as love and inspiration can never unite. Through honesty, similarities and differences can be found between two related variables. Fortunately we all have the ability to change and adapt to changes so we can all detach from dishonesty. By the strength of knowledge people can recognize truth and reason through the logic of what is being defined. To rule is to serve, and to motivate it requires incentive. The only thing that we can guarantee is that intelligence will continue to grow, but the question is how much will we let dishonesty affect the outcomes of our morality?

Nobody likes rules, but we all need rules to regulate. Also note that being honest will bring you far, but if you cannot improvise or adjust you cannot defeat dishonesty. We should all realize that determination is the ultimate motivator, and that drive never forgets or steps away from the strength of learning. Be aware of dishonesty and overcome it with adversity and resilience.

Why You Should Make Yourself Recession Proof

Make Yourself Recession Proof

There is no doubt that the recession is really striking some families hard and many people are finding it hard to make ends meet. Many people are graduating school or exiting school only to find the harsh realities of the modern work force. The sad reality is that many people are in the same line fighting for jobs with resumes that really don’t look much different, when compared to their counterparts.

When your sitting in an unemployment agency waiting for your turn to get an interview for a job, or if you’re sitting at home waiting for that call back from the host of jobs you applied for, it is highly likely that you are competing with a host of other applications. People need to learn ways in which they can market their ideas and the abilities that they have.

Juggling part-time jobs and working in industries that are outsourcing jobs to other countries, just make it harder for everyone involved. People need to pay bills, and families have mouths to feed, so why are all the costs continually skyrocketing? Our countries economy is suffering and we are living in a capitalist society mostly full of people who are too broke to go out on a spending spree. Plain and simple, people don’t have the extra spending cash that they used to have in the past.

The problem is people need to learn how to find opportunities and create new opportunities from the discoveries they make. Our society is lacking jobs and it is time that people take a step forward and start creating their own jobs.
